 On June 5, 2021, a set of experimental equipment for single screw extruder, wire forming machine, and film blowing machine ordered by Ningbo University from our company was shipped. This set of equipment includes a desktop film blowing machine and a desktop 3D machine. Printing supplies experimental machine.

The desktop film blowing machine is mainly composed of a single screw extruder, film blowing die, film blowing frame, blower, etc. The whole machine adopts an integrated structure, and the single screw extruder and the film blowing unit share the same frame. In one, compact structure. The equipment can independently complete plasticizing and extruding, film blowing, traction and winding and other functions of plastics. Among them, the film frame can be raised and lowered electrically, which is convenient for film introduction and process control.
 
The control system of this instrument adopts the European-origin programmable computer controller system, and the temperature control adopts PID and fuzzy control algorithm, and the temperature control is accurate. Each drive motor of the whole machine can be controlled locally or online, with convenient operation, simple and easy-to-understand, and beautiful interface. The setting,modification or display of all operating parameters can be completed through the 7-inch true-color touch screen, and has a variety of interlocking protection and alarm functions.
 
The desktop 3D printing consumables experiment machine is composed of a 20 single-screw extruder and a wire winding machine. Mainly used for polymer material wire extrusion molding performance test, flat wire winding neatness research and development, process optimization, cost control and small-scale production, etc.
 
 
This instrument is mainly used in the fields of plastic wire extrusion molding, wire diameter control, and the study of the neatness of winding and winding. Its biggest advantage is that it can be tested under conditions close to actual processing. During the test, the barrel temperature, screw speed, wire diameter and other parameters will be displayed in digital form in real time.
