In December 2022, our general-purpose single-layer multi-function flow casting and blowing integrated machine (model FDBI-25/26) was successfully completed and shipped to Jiangsu province.
The newly developed universal single-layer multi-function tape casting machine is composed of frame assembly, drive assembly, extrusion assembly, tape casting unit and film blowing unit. It can be used in the research and development of new material formulation and performance test, blowing film and casting process experiment and optimization, color masterbatch dispersion performance test, cost control and small-scale production, etc.

The equipment can not only realize the blowing film forming and casting forming of polymer materials, and the blowing unit and the casting unit can be switched according to the actual situation, the shared extruder is more efficient, the split stand design switching die head is more convenient. Laboratory solutions are provided for optical film, photovoltaic film, lithium battery diaphragm, water treatment osmosis film, high barrier packaging film and other functional films. Widely used in PE, PPS, PVDF and other materials process research and parameter optimization.
